FedEx Developer Portal now offers premium data solutions with pricing plans tailored to your business needs. Learn about pricing options for our premium products below. Premium products are currently only available for US and Canada-based accounts.
Shipment Visibility Webhook
An introductory pricing of $199 per month applies until May 31, 2024, for all usage tiers. This pricing applies for both account number-based and tracking number-based subscriptions.
Starting June 1, 2024, subscribers are charged a monthly fee based on count of track numbers. See the table below for more details.

Note: Prices are exclusive of all taxes, duties, fees and similar assessments.
You’ll need a valid US or Canada-based FedEx account number to associate to a webhook project for billing purposes. At the beginning of each month, we’ll mail an invoice to your account’s billing address based on the previous month’s usage. The introductory rate will apply, as defined above. All freight shipments are not counted towards billing.
