FedEx Developer Portal now offers premium data solutions with pricing plans tailored to your business needs. Learn about pricing options for our premium products below. Premium products are currently only available for US accounts.

This pricing applies for both account number-based and tracking number-based subscriptions. Subscribers are charged a monthly fee based on count of track numbers.

Subscription Details:

Subscribers will be provided with a Free Trial of the subscription service for a period of thirty (30) days.

If the subscription is not canceled before end of Free Trial, the Initial Term which will commence on the Subscription Start Date and remain in effect for twelve (12) months from such date. The Subscription Start Date is the date of the day following expiration of the Free Trial Period subscribers can cancel the subscription anytime. 

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime by logging into the Developer Portal.

Note: Prices are exclusive of all taxes, duties, fees and similar assessments.

You’ll need a valid US FedEx account number to associate to a webhook project for billing purposes. At the beginning of each month, we’ll mail an invoice to your account’s billing address based on the previous month’s usage.
