FedEx L6 Virtual Sandbox Environment Service Update

The FedEx Sandbox/L6 testing environment is undergoing maintenance during August 8, 2024 – September 3, 2024. During this time, customers using the FedEx Sandbox/L6 testing environment will only be able to use non-virtualized test requests for the following API endpoints:

  • Ship API
  • Open Ship API
  • Consolidation API
  • Freight LTL API (shipping & rating only)
  • Track API
  • Comprehensive Rates & Transit Times API
  • Trade Documents Upload API

Customers using non-virtualized test requests outside of the API endpoints listed above will receive the following error code and message:


Code: “REQUEST.MISMATCH"


Message: “The response is unavailable for the request payload sent to this virtualized sandbox instance. Please use the exact request payload from API JSON collection available for download through FedEx Developer Portal and try again.”
