FedEx Web Services test environment retirement: prepare your solution and customers
The FedEx Web Services (WS) test environment will be fully disabled on December 31, 2026. After that date, providers and customers will no longer be able to test Web Services integrations.
Move remaining WS integrations to FedEx APIs and complete development, testing and validation before the WS test environment closes. Confirm your migration timeline and notify affected customers of any required upgrades or actions.
If your solution already supports FedEx APIs, migrate your remaining WS customers to the API-enabled version. The FedEx API test environment is available to support development and testing.
