Webhook service update
Webhook service issues reported on March 4th and 5th, 2026 are resolved. FedEx implemented a fix on March 5, 2026 at 9:30 PM CT.
More than 80 percent of missed events from March 3-5, 2026 have been redelivered as of March 8, 2026.
Republish of the remaining missed events is currently in progress. Customers might see delayed events between March 5-10 while the remaining events are republished.
Note: Republished tracking events include the latest push timestamp in the TimeGenerated field. The original event time remains in the EventCreateTime field. Because of this difference, you may notice a delay between EventCreateTime and TimeGenerated for republished events.
