Webhook Event Delivery Issues: Resolved
FedEx resolved a degraded-service incident that delayed webhook event delivery. Some events were not sent between March 3 and March 5. FedEx implemented a fix on March 5, 2026 at 9:30 PM CT. All services are now operating normally.
Missed Shipment Delivered events from March 5, 2026 will be republished within the next few hours. Plans for republishing the missed events will be finalized and communicated to customers.
Note: Republished tracking events include the latest push timestamp in the TimeGenerated field. The original event time remains in the EventCreateTime field. Because of this difference, you may notice a delay between EventCreateTime and TimeGenerated for republished events.
