Important notice: Outbound callback IP address update for Advanced Integrated Visibility webhook customers
As part of a planned infrastructure update, the outbound IP addresses used for FedEx customer callback traffic changed unexpectedly.
Customers who restrict inbound traffic by source IP addresses must update their firewall or network allowlists to include the new IP addresses below.

Important: The perviously provided NAT address (nat.fxconnect.eastus2.heap-prod.fedex.io) is no longer valid.
If any callback events were missed during this change, use the retry function to retrieve them. Contact your FedEx representative for additional information.
Customers who do not use IP based allowlists do not need to take any action.
