Starting July 1, 2026: FedEx Web Services moves to maintenance-only support.
Existing Web Services integrations may continue operating temporarily for existing customers; however:
- General Web Services troubleshooting and development support will end.
- Future capabilities, services, and platform innovation will remain API-first.
- Customer engagement and support efforts will focus primarily on API migration enablement.
