What to expect
During the maintenance window, customers might experience intermittent HTTP 503 (Service Unavailable) or HTTP 404 (Not Found) responses when performing the following actions:
- Creating, updating, or canceling webhook configurations
- Adding account numbers or tracking numbers
- Retrying missed events
Impact
- Existing webhook configurations will continue to deliver shipment tracking information.
- All webhook event deliveries and shipment status notifications will function normally.
- Existing webhook subscriptions will remain active, and no data loss is expected.
