Delivery Event Data Delay – Sunday 4/26/2026 Shipments
FedEx identified an issue that affected the processing of delivery‑address data for some shipments delivered on 4/26/2026. As a result, some AIV customers may have experienced delayed Delivery (DL) event updates, and some may see duplicate DL events as corrected data is reprocessed. This impact could apply to any shipper with an even Ground account number during the affected timeframe.
All impacted shipments were delivered successfully. The missing delivery addresses have now been added, and corrected data has been republished. Delivery events are now processing as expected.
