FedEx will perform a planned infrastructure upgrade on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, to enhance the performance and reliability of the webhook service. During this time, customers using Advanced Integrated Visibility Webhooks in the production environement may experience a temporary interruption of certain functionality.

During the maintenance window, the following webhook functionality will be temporarily unavailable:
- Webhook registrations
- Subscriptions
- Retries
- Event delivery
Any webhook events generated during this period will be securely queued and automatically delivered once the upgrade is complete.
