FedEx service interruptions and outages scheduled for October 2025

Please be advised of the following important service update from FedEx. Due to required maintenance, customers using the FedEx Developer Portal will be unable to process certain transactions during the time periods listed below:

Sandbox and Production Environment Outage for FedEx Developer Portal:
Start Date and Time:	Saturday, Oct 18, 2025, 8:00 p.m. CT
End Date and Time:	Saturday, Oct 18, 2025, 10:00 p.m. CT
Expected Duration:	2 Hours
Affected Functionality:	FedEx Developer portal will be down for the Organization/Project related activities. However, FedEx Developer portal catalog browsing and API transactions will not be impacted

Sandbox and Production Environment Outage for Webhooks:
Start Date and Time:	Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, 7:00 p.m. CT
End Date and Time:	Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, 11:00 p.m. CT
Expected Duration:	4 Hours
Affected Functionality:	During the scheduled maintenance window, webhook registrations, subscriptions, retries, and Estimated Delivery/Estimated Delivery Time Window (EDD/EDTW) APIs will be unavailable. Any webhook events generated during this time will be securely queued and automatically delivered once the maintenance is complete. This maintenance will impact both Sandbox and Production environments.
