Please be advised of the following important service update from FedEx. Due to required maintenance, customers using FedEx APIs and FedEx Developer Portal (FDP) will be unable to process certain transactions during the time periods listed below:


Test Environment Outage:
Start Date and Time: Thursday, Jan 02, 2025, 8:00 a.m. CT
End Date and Time: Thursday, Jan 02, 2025, 5:00 p.m. CT
Expected Duration: 9 Hrs
Affected Functionality: All API and FDP login, FDP Add Accounts, FDP Move to Production (Creating Production Credentials)

 

Production Environment Intermittent Disruptions:
Start Date and Time: Saturday, Jan 11, 2025, 9:00 p.m. CT
End Date and Time: Sunday, Jan 12, 2025, 3:00 a.m. CT
Expected Duration: 6 Hrs
Affected Functionality: All API and FDP login, FDP Add Accounts, FDP Move to Production
