FedEx Webhook Integration
To make integration easier and help improve your shipment tracking accuracy, FedEx is rolling out updates to the Advanced Integrated Visibility (AIV)/Premium Integrated Visibility (PIV) platform through the FedEx Developer Portal.
As of January 16, 2026, we've made a key improvement:
Enhanced GPS POD Data Coverage
We’ve integrated the eGPS API with AIV and PIV to ensure GPS Proof of Delivery (POD) coordinates are consistently available.
- Addresses gaps where GPS data was previously missing in source systems and Webhook payloads.
- Improves shipment tracking accuracy by providing wider GPS coverage across all POD events.
- Ensures seamless data flow between source systems and visibility platforms for better reliability.
No action required
Customers do not need to make any changes or perform additional integration steps. The enhanced GPS data will automatically flow into your existing webhook payloads.
