Add new billing account


Billing account information:

  • This account will be invoiced for projects with subscription and overage fees (e.g., Track API and webhooks).
  • Billing accounts must be used exclusively for billing purposes and cannot be associated with another project as a shipping account. If you don't have a FedEx billing account, go to fedex.com to create one.

Enter your nine-digit U.S. - based FedEx account number and a nickname to help identify your billing account.

  3. Not cash account only
  4. Active account

Enter your company billing address to validate your account. It must match the address we have on file for this account.
Note: We'll mail your invoices to this address. If you want your invoices mailed to a different address, you can create a new billing account with that address on fedex.com

In order to execute the End User License Agreement (EULA), you represent that:

  1. You are a lawful employee of the entity to which FedEx has assigned the account number you are using;

  2. You are not a vendor, supplier, agent or contractor of such entity (or an employee of any of the foregoing); and

  3. You have the authority to execute the EULA on behalf of such entity and bind that entity to the EULA.

Please provide an email address for an employee of such entity who can attest to the foregoing representations and who possesses the necessary authority.
