If you leave this organization, you will lose access to all projects and privileges associated with your role within your organization.

You are the last Admin.

You cannot remove yourself from the organization because you are the last admin. You must designate another user to be the admin in order to remove yourself, or you may delete the organization in the Organization Settings.
