Shipment Visibility Webhook
Overview

Customers can subscribe any Account Number to receive near real time in-transit shipment events, from label creation to delivery of packages, including Picture Proof of Delivery.

        -    Subscribe to FedEx Account Number to receive updates for shipments matched to the                account.
        -    Subscribers are charged a monthly fee, based on count of Track Numbers.
        -    Subscriptions are currently available for US based shipment accounts.

  • Improve recipient confidence with proactive notifications for in-transit changes to Estimated Delivery Date and day of delivery Time Window.
  • Reduce customer service costs for WISMO (where is my order) calls as well as delivery disputes by providing FedEx Picture Proof of Delivery.
  • Enhance customer experience by providing near real time notifications on shipment status.
  • Gain operational efficiencies by receiving real time push update on shipments, instead of continuous polling to check for track updates on every shipment.

 

Pricing

Subscribers are charged a monthly fee, based on count of track numbers. See below for more details.

  • Flat fee of $199 USD per month, for customers with track numbers up to 7,500 per month.
  • For customers exceeding usage of 7,500 track numbers per month, introductory pricing of $199 USD per month applies until May 31, 2024. Please fill this form for more information on pricing.

 

Billing

         -    A valid FedEx Account Number must be associated with webhook project for billing.
         -    Invoice will be sent to address on Account Number, at the beginning of calendar month,                based on usage in previous month. Introductory rate will apply, as defined under                           Pricing section.
