Migrate to FedEx APIs – Act by Your Deadline

FedEx Web Services will retire soon and no longer be supported. To ensure uninterrupted service and gain access to improved performance, reliability, and new features, all integrations must transition to FedEx REST APIs.

Migration Deadlines:

  • Compatible Providers: Complete upgrades by March 31, 2026, to allow time for validation, quality checks, and customer communication.
  • Customers: Complete migration by June 1, 2026.
    • If you use a FedEx Compatible Provider, your provider will manage the technical migration. Contact them for guidance, credentials, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirements.
    • If you integrate directly with FedEx, work with your FedEx representative or support channel.
