Tracking Webhooks is an advanced integration capability that will enable direct integration customers to get near real-time tracking event updates for shipments, pushed to their destination URL. This could help add value to your post shopping cart experience for your end customers

 

Pricing

Introductory flat rate of $199 per month is charged per webhook project until May 31, 2024. Starting June 2024, FedEx will offer usage-based pricing based on tracking number count.

Customers can expect an invoice in the first week of the month based on the previous month’s usage.
